The Senior Data Product Manager will be the primary liaison between the COE and brand marketing, ecommerce, and retail teams, etc. This essential team member will provide a service model to identify and escalate brand needs and ensure best practices and common practices are operationalized and executed across brands, GC markets and connect globally.

Responsibilities
  • In charge of CDP and other products development roadmap, design, iteration and application. Work closely with vendor and IT, base on business requirements design use cases, coordinate data diagram and provide solutions.
  • Responsible for CDP tagging and segmentation solutions to support business cases and applications requirements.
  • Leverage CDP and data products to provide analysis and insights for business decisions. Tracking and analyzing results of tagging, customer lifecycle management, marketing campaigns, customer experience excellence, etc. Provide solid data foundation for constantly optimizing.
  • Provide a service model to drive CDP and data products application among business team, analytic team, E-commerce team, CRM team, marketing team, IT and third party vendor.
  • Oversee the data integration between all relevant vendors and third parties, include but not limited to department stores, Clienteling, Tmall, JD, VIPShop, etc.
  • Ensure best practices are leveraged by brands across all channels and geographies
  • Analyze sales, site and customer data to identify opportunities to lower the cost of customer acquisition and increase customer lifetime value

The accomplished individual will possess...
  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science, mathematics, statistics is preferred
  • Experiences with CDP launch or applications in retail or luxury brand
  • Familiar with retail and luxury industries, understanding daily operation of E-commerce, CRM, store operations
  • Own product manager experience of 0-1 data product build, Saas system, BI platform, data analytic tools is preferred
  • With good experience of tagging, customer profiling, behavioral data tracking, segmentation engine is a must
  • Experience with Tmall, JD data bank and other digital platform data integration is a plus
  • Good team player, strong communication and presentation skill, ability to work under pressure
  • Strong sense of business, data, logic thinking
