Job Details
As an Associate Videographer for AMIRI, you will be an integral part of the Brand department's creative team. Working closely with the Brand Videographer, your role will involve editing and crafting visually compelling video content that aligns with the brand's image, aesthetic, and marketing objectives. Your creative flair, technical expertise, and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that our video materials maintain the highest standard of quality and effectively communicate the brand's story to our target audience.
Responsibilities
Post-Production:
-Edit raw video footage into polished, captivating video content, including promotional videos, brand stories, product features, and event highlights.
-Enhance video content with sound design, and motion graphics to elevate the overall production value.
-Collaborate with the Brand Videographer and other team members to refine the creative vision and direction of video projects.
-Collaborate with external teams to deliver a final product in line with the company’s brand identity.
-Utilize industry-standard software and editing techniques to enhance video quality and create visually appealing content.
Video Creation:
-Ability to assist at a high caliber in all aspects of video creation, from prep to on set work.
-Collaborate with both internal and external creatives to create impactful video content tailored to different platforms.
-Ensure seamless transitions, compelling storytelling, and brand consistency in all video projects.
Brand Alignment:
-Understand the AMIRI brand's visual identity and aesthetic guidelines to ensure all video content aligns with the brand's image and tone.
-Contribute creative ideas that enhance the brand's storytelling and engagement through video content.
Project Management:
-Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.
-Organize and maintain a library of video assets for easy access and repurposing.
Collaboration:
-Collaborate closely with the Brand Videographer, marketing team, and other departments to meet project objectives and align with marketing campaigns.
-Incorporate feedback and make revisions to video content based on stakeholder input.
Continuous Improvement:
-Stay updated on industry trends and video editing techniques to bring innovative ideas and practices to the team.
-Participate in training opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with evolving technologies.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
-3+ years of proven experience in film and media production as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional video production craft.
-Deep Proficiency with all types of video production equipment, cinema cameras, sound equipment, and lighting.
-Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
-Familiarity with color grading, sound design, music selection, and post-production processes.
-Excellent understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery settings for various platforms and devices.
-A keen eye for detail, composition, and visual storytelling.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment and receptive to feedback.
-Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
-Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and an appreciation for high-end aesthetics is a plus.
