Head of Marketing Southern Europe

The Head of Marketing South (France, Spain, Italy) is a key member of the EMEA Marketing Leadership team - contributing to On's European goals and success - bringing a wealth of strategic, brand building and leadership experience to the team.
Your Mission
- Define and implement the EMEA South regional market strategy alongside the Head of Sales EMEA South
- Lead and develop your EMEA South marketing team as well as the wider regional team with clear vision and team purpose
- Craft unique ways to showcase On's mission through Marketing initiatives by guiding a team of locally based Marketeers across various disciplines in the South region
- Ensure On's brand and story is consistently communicated across all channels, communities and aligned with internal Marketing strategies
- Optimize processes and build efficiencies to ensure initiatives are executed on strategy and and within budget against a robust GTM roadmap
- Manage and prepare the EMEA South Marketing budget and spend with a justified ROI, analyses and data metrics to track progress
- Drive and manage the South regional Key Account marketing agenda for both online and offline partners
- Effective collaboration across disciplines, teams and EU Management Team - aligning marketing efforts with the wider EMEA and EMEA South regional growth strategy
Your Story
- 7+ years of progressive experience within Marketing roles across all disciplines/ channels with a sound understanding of the digital space
- 4+ years of experience in a dynamic leadership role and demonstrated management skills - both externally and internally
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse and creative marketing team some of whom will be working remotely
- Strategic mindset accompanying an innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen, and high efficiency
- High analytical competence, with the ability to quickly rationalize, take decisions and act
- Customer centric approach, committed to staying current and building upon marketing best practices and trends
- Sound understanding of the regional landscape
- Fluent (read, write and speak) in English. French, Italian or Spanish also beneficial
- A willingness to travel inline with business needs across the region
