Digital Merch Operations Assistant

JOB PURPOSE

To support the digital merchandising team in ensuring an innovative & exciting consumer experience through a balance of art & commerce. Implement merchandising strategies set by Digital Merchandisers and managing product content, in line with Brand vision & ones which contribute to the financial success of the Business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

OPERATIONAL MAINTENANCE

- Partner with Digital merchandising, samples, copy, studio, retouching, central etc teams to manage constant flow of product content

- Daily updates to content management systems, stock updates, etc.

- Track expected delivery of content ( images, copy) and stock

- Coordinate image approvals for .com and 3rd parties on daily basis to maximise content availability

- Drive commerce by ensuring as much product is correct and available to go live, communicate any delays in deadlines

- Provide weekly reports on content readiness

- Working closely with Flo, DAM,PIM and content delivery partners to develop ways of working and processes to continuously improve each season

- Support Digital Merchandising operations manager on the market prep/congruency exercises

- Support the team in all imagery related projects

PERSONAL PROFILE

- Impeccable attention to detail

- Strong interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships

- Self-motivated and uses own initiative

- Experience in improving workflows and team processes to provide efficiencies

- Strong prioritization, organizational and problem solving abilities

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Experience in a similar or project management type of role desirable
