ROLE SUMMARY:
The position of Digital Marketer will help SKYPAD achieve its mission and vision through all digital marketing initiatives. The candidate will identify new innovative ways to attract new clients, expand in new industries, plus maximize CLV with current customers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world. Managing and evaluating SEO, SEM, AdWords, and Meta Ads. Manage social media networks – Creation of content + posting. Monthly engagement report via Google Analytics. Analyze, measure, and report performance of all marketing campaigns. Manage all website updates needed. Increase engagement and lead generation across all channels. Assist with developing and implementing strategies to promote brand, services, product, and thought leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, with the dual ability to work successfully on individual and team projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a demonstrated track record. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience mandatory. Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and AdWords. Direct hand’s on experience with web hosting platform, WebFlow. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (inDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro) is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint). Extremely articulate with the ability to deliver persuasive and cohesive marketing messages, both internally and externally.
- Hands-on experience using CRM & CMS systems is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and time manage.
- Self-motivated and highly entrepreneurial, with lots of work ethic and passion.
