​About the Role

ME+EM is looking for an eCommerce Executive to join our Digital team. This is a great role for someone who is looking to enter the eCommerce world and join ME+EM on its digital journey.

The successful candidate will report into our Head of Digital Commerce and work closely with the Digital team and wider Marketing team. This role is responsible for the daily management of UK and US sites for ME+EM including product enrichment, content management, visual merchandising, and trading of the site. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, so we are looking for a creative, organised self-starter with a keen eye for detail.

 

​Responsibilities

  • Managing the product launch process end-to-end. This involves co-ordinating the information required from multiple teams within the business to ultimately ensure that all products are launched on time.
  • Managing timely product enrichment data for both UK and US sites, ensuring all elements are present and correct for product launch.
  • Working closely with the Online Merchandiser to ensure that monthly product drops are executed successfully and the end-to-end customer journey is considered.
  • Updates to on-site content – product imagery, banners, homepage, blog content – to ensure it is always consistent and up to date.
  • Executing daily visual merchandising of the websites with the guidance of the Online Merchandiser, considering brand values as well as commercial elements (stock and sales).
  • Working with Online Merchandiser to build campaign landing pages that enhance the customer experience and deliver commercially.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Buying, Design and Merchandising teams to ensure the product launch process is successful and site trade is optimised.
  • Execution of all website SEO, including updating metadata, optimising site copy and any other SEO tasks that will help to elevate the brands online presence.
  • Working with the Online Merchandiser to execute cross-selling opportunities across the sites - ensuring that these are in line with the latest collection and driving commercial value.
  • Coordination of translation workflow, liaising with internal teams and external translation agency.
  • Conduct regular audits of customer journeys, product, content, customer care and shipping pages to ensure there are no discrepancies and there is consistent messaging across the site.

About You

  • Interest in the fashion and retail industry and passionate about the ME+EM brand.
  • Creative with an excellent eye for detail
  • Well organised with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Customer focused and commercially aware.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a large team.
  • Experience working with Magento and Contenful preferable.
  • Experience of Google Analytics and Data Studio is beneficial.
