An exciting opportunity has arisen within Next to join the Made.com Brand team, reporting directly to the Head of Brand. MADE is known for being never ordinary and different by design. We are looking for someone who is creative and passionate about shoot production to join our community and become a guardian of the brand. Join us to develop new innovative campaigns and creative content.

This role will be based in London and has a hybrid working policy.

The day to day role
  • Manage the overarching brand shoot roadmap across campaign, ecom and social production
  • Work in partnership with with the Head of Brand and Head of Design to ensure the brand vision is executed seamlessly across brand channels
  • Take charge of meetings with channel owners to present campaign concepts, production timelines and establish deliverables
  • Forecast & manage the brands annual production budget
  • Art Buying and procurement of all external resource (photographers, stylists, set designers, set builders, models)
  • Develop and maintain a strong network with industry leaders to ensure the highest level of talent
  • On set production management ensuring campaign shoots run smoothly and crew run to schedule
  • Oversee the post production process, facilitating check ins to ensure retouch & editing is completed to schedule
  • Liaise with key channel leads post shoot on homepage layouts, approvals of social, email and web mockups pre-release in line with our content planner
  • Take charge of briefings for teams to effectively execute ecom shoots at NEXT studios and be responsible for image approvals
  • Take charge of legal negotiation on usage agreements & image rights


About you

You are passionate about the Made.com brand and will be a motivated leader in keeping the ID of what makes the Made brand unique. You will be organised with good time management, planning and communication skills. Team partnerships are integral to this role working with teams and business internally and externally, to bring the best product to life.

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experience leading a production team and managing multiple projects in a fast paced production environment (in house or agency)
  • Excellent budget forecasting, planning and management skills
  • Clear headed and solution oriented.
  • Ability to lead meetings and align key stakeholders on the status of production projects
  • An in depth understanding of the end to end production process, from concept stage through to post-production sign off
  • A keen interest in interiors and passion for creating best in class content
