We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Product Executive to help support the product selection available on paulsmith.com. Writing engaging, and unique copy and ensuring all products are correctly published on paulsmith.com. Ensuring online best practice is followed whilst thinking commercially, optimising the performance of paulsmith.com to reach seasonal budgets.
The Role:
• Write engaging, unique copy that best represents the product, ensuring best practice, SEO and brand identity is followed.
• Review and feedback on copy and set up from others, ensuring it is to a high, accurate standard before enabling.
• Keep up to date with product information from Designers and Buyers whilst researching fabrics, methods, and mills to improve descriptions.
• Assist with product copy and upload for wholesale accounts when required, ensuring up to date knowledge of product selection and clients is maintained.
• Keeping up with online and digital trends and a good understanding of the wider ecommerce business, flagging missed opportunities.
• Supporting the personalisation and search strategy, ensuring knowledge of third-party systems is maintained.
Your Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience of writing product descriptions and uploading content onto websites.
• Experience working in a fast-paced Ecommerce environment.
• Confident working knowledge of an Ecommerce Content Manager System. (CMS)
• Desirable to have experience working with Magento and/or Project Management tools.

• Able to work methodically and accurately with strong attention to detail.
• Can manage your own time efficiently with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks to stick to set deadlines.
• Self-motivated and can use your own initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a busy environment.
