Head of Retail GCA

On's Head of Retail Greater China, based in Shanghai, will shape and define how the fastest growing running brand in the world develops its retail and digital presence in China.

Your Mission

-Build and shape On's Retail strategy in conjunction with On's brand mission and growth ambition.
-Own the Retail P&L, identify measures to drive the performance against company goals in China from strategic planning down to execution.
-Explore opportunities to further optimize retail operations to deliver the WOW to consumers.
-Partner across functions and stakeholders in global and local bringing local market, consumer, and competitor insights to enable the strategy will land in the China market successfully.
-Lead a high performing China retail team across retail training, retail operations, store teams. Enable and empower the team to make decisions and land strategies that can scale as we grow.

Your Story

-Bachelor's Degree and above.
-Above 10 years' experience in retail industry.
-Be strategic on market insights and competitor landscape.
-Have strong strategic and analytical thinking to approach decision making.
-Have an entrepreneurial spirit that is willing to try new things in order to learn and grow.
-A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Strong leadership skills, experience in leading large and complex retail teams.
-An out-of-the-box thinker and resourceful problem-solver when faced with challenges.
-Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
-Have a strong background in operations and how it enables retail success.
-Omni channel and digital retail experience will be a plus.
