Program Manager: Retail Tech Strategy
Job Details
Support the fastest-growing global sportswear brand elevating their DTC channel to the next level. On's DTC channel includes both our digital offering as well as our own Retail store fleet. Join our Retail team at On as Retail Program Manager (Digital), where you'll be at the forefront of driving commercial success through technology. Your mission is to support relevant Retail technology projects from the business and customer perspective to enhance our customer offering. From modernizing our POS systems to automating our customer return portal or measuring customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey, you'll be the mastermind behind all of it. But it doesn't stop there. You will also be responsible for orchestrating cross-channel customer experiences in Retail.
Your Mission
- Support the development of Retail Tech backbone from a commercial and customer perspective. This includes definition and prioritization of customer use cases and business requirements. Projects will range from POS updates to customer return portal and customer satisfaction measurement
- Drive business cases and define commercial viability of Retail Tech projects and/ or new tech developments
- Guide tech project planning and implementation while keeping track of relevant success metrics
- Collaborate with Digital team on customer experience projects and ensure Retail lens is captured into projects (e.g. return & warranty process, store pages on website, membership programs)
- Orchestrate implementation of customer experience projects in Retail with a customer centric cross-channel view
Your Story
- You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a business role managing IT/ UX tech projects and/ or developing cross-channel solutions.
- Retail/ sportswear industry experience is a strong plus
- Proven analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative) with a strong knowledge of business KPIs and customer-centricity
- You have experience in end-to-end project planning, including drafting work packages, developing roadmaps and achievable timelines as well as managing cross-functional teams
- You have an entrepreneurial growth mindset, eager to challenge the status quo and innovate to drive business growth
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, but love to also get your hands dirty and do the heavy lifting yourself
- Proficiency in English is a Must
