The Senior Product Development Manager will have accountability and act as the main point of contact for Product Development RTW for budget reporting and prototyping and Show Room Samples. They will lead a team consisting of PD Manager/Admins to deliver on time reporting PO's and budget to the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ready-to-Wear Collections budget monitoring and regularly reporting to the business
  • Ready-to-Wear Collections prototypes and Showroom samples tracking and reporting to the business
  • L1 and L2 PO approval for RTW development costs including fabric and trims
  • Ensuring new partners are on boarded following Burberry standards
  • Arranging fittings for RTW collections in partnership with the PE team
  • Liaising with models booking team on models requirement and budget
  • Supporting RTW development teams on PLM data accuracy
  • Keeping the communication flow with Merch, PE and Sourcing
  • Manage the Administration Team to deliver timely creation of PO's, GR process and resolve Vendor payment process working with BBS
  • Coordinating protos and samples shipments partnering with primary and secondary transportation teams
  • Representing Supply Chain on Athena integration project
  • Ad Hoc Projects when requested
  • Supporting the RTW development teams in day to day functions
  • Working on Codetex sampling fabric integration and supporting on the invoicing process


MEASURES OF SUCCESS
  • Build strong partnership with PD and Finance Teams
  • On time and accurate reporting to the business
  • Management of Key stakeholders


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Current working knowledge of PD/SC business
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate with credibility, share information effectively and work confidently at all levels and with cross functional teams
  • Recent experience of managing and developing a team
  • Strong Excel and Outlook skills
