The Position

The Manager Windows, part of the TH EMEA VM & Windows team reporting to the Director Visual Merchandising & Windows, delivers and executes all seasonal window creative concepts across the EMEA region with consistency and visual excellence based on direction from the TH Global Windows team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver & execute the TH global window concepts & strategy across the EMEA region in partnership with the Global and hub teams
  
• Manage the Senior Specialist Planning and Production to ensure all working processes support the design phase through to implementation into stores
  
• Manage the Specialist Design Development to deliver premium props and materials through a clear sampling process and always with quality & sustainability at front of mind
  
• Oversee vendor management including a responsibility for ensuring quality results vs budget availability and building successful partnerships
  
• Manage the ordering process for props and vinyl installations for the EMEA region
  
• Manage window design assets to cater for tiered budgets and store segmentation
  
• Ensure clear direction to markets through installation guidelines, preparation meetings and feedback sessions to ensure seamless installations and consistent visual excellence at all touch points
  
• Deliver seasonal training direction and content to deliver additional support to all EMEA markets, in collaboration with the Visual Training & Communications team
  
• Drive circularity & sustainability within window strategies throughout window rollout and process working alongside design and vendors to achieve and contribute into the company's sustainable vision
  
• Lead the EMEA windows team including talent development
  
• Collaborate closely with all key stakeholders including marketing, DTC, and hub teams to drive efficiency and brand consistency throughout all TH points of sales
  
• Drive strong relationships with market VM leads through good collaboration, consistent communication, and team motivation
  
• Partner with the Global Windows team on the evolution of the windows strategy
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Related university degree + 5 years' work experience within planning or production management
  
• Excellent knowledge of materials, production methods and print processes
  
• Excellent knowledge of MS office & Adobe Creative Suite softwar
  
• Experience in leading end-to-end projects, on time and on budget
  
• Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills
  
• Ability to multitask between projects and work streams
  
• Ability to lead through example and inspire a highly effective tea
  
• Practical skills for supporting window installations including an ability to travel when required
  
• Fluent English communication skills [written and spoken]
