Primary Purpose: The Senior Manager, Corporate Finance will manage the weekly business update process, prepare consolidated company close, forecast & Board of Directors material, and lead the creation of insightful, standardized reporting across brands. In addition, this role will play a key role in upcoming M&A integration analysis.

The Senior Manager will be the primary business partner and provide analytical support to Investor Relations, Accounting, Treasury, HR, Strategy and global brand FP&A teams. The role reports to the Vice President of Global Corporate FP&A and is part of the Global Tapestry Finance team.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Finance to:

  • Prepare materials for Month End Close, Monthly Forecast, Board of Directors and Senior Leadership meetings
  • Manage the weekly business update process, incorporating brand feedback to forecast a range of quarterly financial outcomes
  • Understand current business trends to create insightful, high-context analyses and share with key stakeholders
  • Lead cross-brand reporting standardization, including the channel, geography & distribution hierarchy in our financial system; work with financial systems team to implement global reporting solutions to drive business insights for global finance teams
  • Be the key FP&A business partner to the investor relations team, updating shared financial models with latest forecast information and aligning on key messaging for management reporting
  • Lead M&A integration reporting & analysis, developing KPI's to track progress against internal & external benchmarks
  • Manage annual bonus and equity payout processes by calculating company performance vs. financial targets and communicating to key stakeholders
  • Lead the global Capital consolidation process and build robust reporting infrastructure to provide insights to management team; Use insights & influence to sharpen forecast accuracy; Develop analytics to guide capital allocation strategy
  • Develop strong business partnerships across functional groups at Tapestry as well as within the brands


An outstanding professional w ill have :
  • BS in Finance or Accounting preferred, MBA a plus
  • 5+ years of finance experience in a high-paced, performance-driven business environment (either within an FP&A team or from investment banking, accounting or management consulting)
  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new and different topics
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible approach to work and evolving organizational priorities
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
  • High level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; Oracle PBCS knowledge is a plus
