The retail manager will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Ledbury Road store. The retail manager will lead a team of sales associates, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving sales growth. The role will require great leadership skills and a focus on customer service, representing the brand to a high standard, whilst fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Ledbury Road store, including opening and closing procedures.
• Create and maintain the staff rota, ensuring adequate coverage and optimizing staffing levels.
• Ensure the store is always held to a high standard, so it is a clean and tidy space for customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the studio team to restock items based on sales data.
• Responsible for keeping stock secure and reporting any missing items.
• Keep track of product performance and customers reviews and report back to studio team.
• Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective coaching and performance management.
• Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Provide a high level of customer service by actively engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints.
• Capture customer data and maintain a customer database for future marketing initiatives.
• Organize and assist in preparing for in-store events, promotions, and product launches.
• Ensure the store is well-presented and products are showcased attractively during events.
Communication and Leadership:
• Communicate effectively with the studio team to coordinate restocking and inventory management.
• Foster a positive work environment by providing clear direction and support to the sales team.
• Lead by example and uphold the brand's values and standards.
• Work closely with senior management to set and meet sales goals and targets.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve objectives.
• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to listen to customer feedback and problem-solve effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Sales-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Proficient in capturing and maintaining customer data.
• Adept at training and developing staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Flexibility to work a 5-day week between Tuesday to Sunday, and to organize staff rotas accordingly
