Job Details
As our Head of Wholesale, China, you will be responsible for the vision of how we develop and grow On with our partners. You will work together with the commercial team to ensure a consistent consumer experience journey, strong brand, and expansion development, and how we provide best in-class service to our partners and end customers.
Your Mission
-Shape On's strategy for wholesale expansion and business growth levers in conjunction with On's brand mission.
-Be fully responsible for wholesales business in China including P&L, business model exploration, operations, and consumer experience.
-Fuel our dealer partnerships to co-create the On brand and consumer experience in-stores
-Create and implement the franchise playbook to optimize and improve our partnerships.
-Partner with cross functional teams to enable the long-term business success.
-Lead the wholesale team with a strong sense of coaching and development individual and team capabilities.
Your Story
-Bachelor's Degree; 10+ years' experience in sports and relevant industries.
-Have deep understanding about consumer thinking.
-Strong partnership management and communication skills.
-Strong sense for the competitive landscape with analytical thinking on impact and drivers for business development.
-Have an entrepreneurial spirit who expects the unexpected and takes calculated risks to deliver results.
-A strong supportive leadership style and collaborative spirit, ability to work across functions to achieve the target with a solid and healthy sell-out performance.
-An out-of-the-box thinker and resourceful problem-solver when faced with challenges.
-Passionate about running and sports is preferred.
