About the Role
In this role you will support strategic initiatives that improve Old Navy's merchandise planning and inventory management capabilities. You will manage project resources to execute new techniques, processes, and technologies. Using strong leadership and project organization skills, you will work with Organizational Effectiveness and Transformation leadership to bring strategic initiatives to life with sound plans grounded in data and insights. You'll work with a diverse group of functional partners and leverage your ability to influence and collaborate to deliver step changes in our capabilities.

Salary Range: $91,100 - $131,400 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.

What You'll Do
- Support strategic visioning by effectively capturing and defining stakeholder needs and project objectives
- Articulate planning and inventory management improvement opportunities into actionable plans supported by business leaders
- Support new capabilities and ways of working through influence of, and partnership with, key stakeholders
- Drive implementation of analytics and systems improvements, partnering closely with internal and external resources
Who You Are
- 5-7 years of retail operating or consulting experience required
- Experience with process diagramming techniques
- Familiarity with organizational structures such as RACI/RAPID
- Experience with PowerPoint, R, XLSTAT, PowerBI
- Strategically Minded: Demonstrate understanding and curiosity for innovation and operational strategy
- Problem Solver & Analytical: Able to use rigorous logic, methods, and advanced analytics to solve problems with effective solutions
- Organizationally Savvy: Able to build constructive and effective relationships and use them to maneuver through complex situations
- Influencer: Can present ideas and directions that lead others to action
- Relationship Build: Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners
- Project Navigator: Create complex project workplans that define the cross-functional activities and resources required to successfully complete the initiative
- Change Champion: Able to identify change impacts and leverage partners to overcome barriers and roadblocks
- Process Thinker: Can effectively map processes and articulate and prioritize interdependencies
- Systems Driver: Experienced in systems implementations, from initial requirements through end-user rollout
- Risk Manager: Anticipate risks and identifies contingency plans and processes to prevent disruptions when risks occur
- Results Oriented Leader: Is passionate about achieving and tracking bottom-line business results
- Organizationally Skilled: Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Active listener with strong written and oral communication skills
- Certified continuous learner: Degree required; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred
