Our Talent (HR) team is expanding with the growth of On, and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to help in shaping On's people strategy by collaborating with the team and senior leaders within our European, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region on a variety of people-related topics. This role is for someone passionate about creating an outstanding culture, acting as a coach and consultant, and seeking efficiency whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of working in the Business Partner space.
Your Mission
- Build strong, strategic partnerships with the EMEA Leadership Team to develop short and long-term mission, and support the planning, development, and implementation of talent strategies and programs
- Help shape the organization and culture for future growth (organizational changes, leadership, and people development) and work closely with the EMEA Leadership Team to accelerate performance and build future leaders
- Act as a true partner for the business by advising managers and team members on people-related matters
- Partner closely with global Business Partner counterparts on larger global talent initiatives and programs
- Further build and oversee functional Talent Business Partner team and act as coach to develop team members
- Close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
- Lead strategic people topics and programs that reflect and further impact our culture and the values and beliefs of the business, such as in the areas of diversity and inclusion, and well-being
Your Story
- 10+ years of experience in an HR Advisory / HR Business Partner role in an international, fast-paced environment
- Extensive experience with regard to labor law and work practices in Europe. Additional knowledge with regard to the Middle East and Africa is a plus.
- A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives when being challenged. Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
- You enjoy being hands-on while having a strategic mindset
- Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Ability to extract actionable people insights from raw information and data
- A can-do attitude and an innovative way of solving problems
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Fluent in English. German speaking is a plus.
