The Officer, Talent Acquisition role will responsible for identifying, exploring, and implementing suitable resourcing channels, processes, and assessment for retail recruitment in mainland China.


· Responsible for retail recruitment activities including full recruitment cycle process from job posting to offer stage and beyond

· Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and understand selection criteria to source for right talents

· Initiate and advise new ideas to build a talent pool for the retail industry

· Work closely with recruitment agencies/RPO vendors to deliver recruitment strategies

· Evaluate the application and effectiveness of the recruitment channel

· Maintain an accurate and updated recruitment database and submit the related report and analysis on request

· Keep updated on the talent market trend and insights

· Other ad-hoc recruitment supporting duties or/ and HR projects as assigned
