Primary Purpose: The Finance Sr. Manager will be accountable for the financial performance of our global fulfillment centers, including a new facility in North Las Vegas. The successful candidate will own all aspects of the FP&A process for North America & Europe's fulfillment centers and partner closely with the Singapore FP&A team on Asia's fulfillment centers. In this role, the Sr. Manager will utilize financial modeling expertise to drive day-to-day operational decisions with a focus on optimizing fulfillment center utilization and productivity. This position will support critical projects related to the ongoing transformation of the Tapestry supply chain and require clear communication with the Supply Chain, brand, and Tapestry leadership teams. The Sr. Manager reports to the Sr. Director, Supply Chain FP&A.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Finance to...

  • Own the quarterly forecasts, long-range plan, and annual capital plans
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external business partners to identify P&L levers, risks & opportunities, or cost savings opportunities with Global Procurement
  • Own the fulfillment center inventory forecasts and partner with Planning, Operations & FC to drive network optimization
  • Create presentations summarizing variances vs. prior forecasts and prior year
  • Prepare documentation and schedules as required by Accounting and external auditors
  • Develop ad hoc financial models in collaboration with business leads for special projects
  • Clearly communicate financial results and operational decisions with the brand CFOs
  • Continually evaluate and revise established policies and procedures as needed
  • Develop direct reports into the future leaders of Tapestry Finance

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance / Economics or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience leading a team and developing direct reports
  • Budgeting / forecasting experience, with an emphasis on building driver-based forecasts
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • ERP (SAP S/4 HANA) and Oracle PBCS experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, challenge conventions, and provide solutions in ambiguous and changing situations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leading to recommendations for action
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships across all levels and confidence communicating with the C-suite
