Debtor Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

Daily operational tasks (bank postings, creating/maintaining customer master data in multiple systems) Responsible for managing the customer`s open items Dunning process and resulting actions Management of customer securities/insurances and coordinate with Commercial Management Month-end tasks (calculation and posting of bad debts provisions, reconciliations) Year-end tasks (customer letters, preparation of audit requests, point of contact for auditors) Perform and review internal controls related to BESTSELLER`s accounts receivables control system Responsibility for the implementation of global processes within the EAST HUB (AT/EE, MENA, GREECE, TURKEY) Regular meetings with multiple stakeholders Review and improvement of processes

Qualifications:

University degree in Finance/Business Administration or Accounting Experience gained in Debtor Management of a multinational business Excellent excel and system skills, experience in SAP is a plus Academically strong and analytical, always looking for ways to improve and works well under pressure Curious, pragmatic, proactive, hands-on, well-organized and able to prioritize and meet deliverables at deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills, good attention to detail, can-do attitude, great collaborative and communication skills Able to manage multiple stakeholders Fluency in German & English is a must
