This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You are an excel wizard who will be responsible for communicating inventory flow & evaluation to a wide array of cross-functional partners. You're resourceful and collaborative, and able to partner effectively with many functions within our company. You are are detail-oriented, results driven, and highly motivated in an entrepreneurial environment. A sense of humor is a plus!

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is... atypical. You will be running weekly inventory reports and analyzing current inventory composition, as well as analyzing monthly exchange rates and the impact to global premiums. You will act as a liaison between IT, and our Business Units to ensure international pricing consistencies. You'll also assist in the management of our global reorder process and support the team in the creation of yearly financial reserves. The consistent thread is that you'll be part of an amazing team with a shared passion for excellence.

To Land This Role:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years prior experience in retail planning & allocation, preferred in global planning
  • Proficiency with Excel & Retail Math is required
  • Vertical retail experience
  • Strong innovative thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment
  • Emerging leadership skills, executive presence and acumen
  • Strong analytical skills paired with strategic business acumen and application
  • Ability to partner between cross-functional departments and internal business partners
  • Understanding of exchange rates and premiums is a plus

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 70,000.00 USD - 90,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
