Job Details
We are looking for a data operations manager to join our team and conduct the digital data operations for our company. You will leverage existing data tools and vendors to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention across the digital portfolio of our family of brands. You will also work closely with our central and brand teams to redefine current data operation process, operationalize the usage of digital data tools, analyze digital engagement, support digital use cases, and manage data operation projects.
To be successful in this role, you should be capable of operating as a tactician and operator, be proficient at tackling complex issues and driving them to resolution. You should also have a strong background in data management, data analysis, and digital tools.

Responsibilities
- Refine the operation process and conduct daily data operation, analysis, and reporting to support customer behavior data analytic platform and KPI monitoring
- Partner with brand marketing team and analytic team to design, implement, and track conversion operation programs
- Partner with digital product PO to monitor digital product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and generate business results
- Deliver and optimize personalized campaigns or communications to enhance customer experience
- Unify and activate data to automate and enhance the data operation efficiency across the enterprise
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer science, statistics, or related field; master degree is preferred
- 5+ years of experience of digital data operation or digital analytics
- Experience with digital tools such as:
- Customer behavioral data analytic platform
- Customer data platforms
- Marketing automation platform
- Personalization/ product recommendations
- Third party EC platform data operation tool
- Knowledge of data management principles and best practices
- Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts in simple terms
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Attention to detail and quality
