Job Details

FP&A Analyst will be responsible for Moncler Americas omnichannel business performance assessment, including identifying business objectives, opportunities, and challenges. This induvial will lead the budgeting process for Americas region, partnering up with the respective business owner and VP of Finance.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Partner up with business owner and VP of Finance on budling short term, midterm and long-term budget for the company
 Preparing reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected
operations
 Prepare, analyze and distribute department monthly expense analyses with variance
explanations
 Perform monthly Profit & Loss analysis at the store level, focusing on Sales, Salaries, Other Costs and Profit development compared to budget and last year
 Create meaningful, actionable, and timely analyses to inform respective budget owners and
department heads of trends and exceptions, identifying opportunities to control and reduce expenses and support business decision making process
 Follow-up commercial KPI's (visitors, converted purchase, conversion rate, average purchase, pcs/receipt, price/pcs)
 Partner up with commercial teams to improve store performance and profitability
 Partner up with HR function to measure store productivity and headcount
 Educate stores and corporate structure on all controlling aspects
 Assisting with preparing feasibility studies for new store openings
 Ensure compliance with group procedures and policies
 Cross function Business project partnership
 Additional responsibilities as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
 Master degree in Finance, Economics
 Solid knowledge of accounting standards and practices
 Advanced in Microsoft Office with particular focus on Microsoft excel
 SAP knowledge is a plus
 Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
 Sharp attention to detail
 Exceptional communication, organizational and analytical skills
 Must have strong work ethics, willingness to learn, able to follow standard filing procedures
 Ability to work in a fast-growing and high-volume environment
 Must be eligible to work unrestricted in the USA
