Floor Manager- Cricket

To continue our growth and expansion we now require a truly exceptional, driven and proven Floor Manager to join our team.

Your Role:

• Proactively drive store performance across the department with creative flair.
• Ensure delivery of the brand is in line with all visual merchandising guidelines.
• Promote compliance within the team to adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maximise sales and product availability whilst controlling costs.
• Exceed customer expectations to deliver great customer service.
• Promote our values and our culture to internal and external parties.
• Comply with all policies and procedures at all times.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a premium or luxury fashion environment
• Minimum 3 years experience in a management role 
• Responsible and trust worthy.
• Passion for retail, people and developing a career.
• Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others to deliver.
• Deliver standards consistent with a luxury store.
• Promote our values and our culture to internal and external parties.
• Drive and encourage team to deliver all KPI's.
• Comply with all policies and procedures at all times.
