JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- SCOPE: new expanded scope covering production operations for numerous product categories in multiple countries of production.
- OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: Develop & execute a comprehensive operational strategy to drive the business-critical Speed & Agility projects
- KIPS
- Test, Read, React
- Speed & Agility Replenishment
- RM stock initiative
- COLLABORATION: Foster collaboration cross-divisionally and share best practices
- ONTIME: Strategize on the best ways to achieve 95% OT delivery and proactively work with team in HB, SLG & FTWR to review and ensure suppliers are tracking to expected production milestones
- COMMUNICATION: Escalate risk & troubleshooting with T1 & T2
- CALENDAR: Champion the new 3 SSN operating model and revised calendar
- PLANNING: Focus on capacity planning, reviewing annual, seasonal and monthly capacities with factories. Develop tools and process to optimize both capacity utilization and cost savings opportunities
- ALLOCATION: participate in all allocation decisions for FTWR, HB, SLG
- LIABILITY: own liability usage and creates process for minimization of excess
- COMMUNICATION: Manage information & effectively communicate internally & externally (T1, T2)
- LEAD TIMES: Ensure actual lead times are in line with expectations, otherwise hold factory accountable
- SYSTEMS: Support team in system issue resolution in PLM, SAP
- PLM DATA: manage PLM data (owned by Production)
- PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: identify opportunities in Production Management for streamlined processes and create increased efficiency
- PERFORMANCE MONITORING: implement key performance indicators and metrics to monitor factory performance
- RISK MITIGATION: identify production risks and develop swift migration strategies to minimize potential disruptions or delays
- ANALYTICS: Provide end to end supply chain visibility and diagnostics & predictive analytics
- KPIs: Measure supply planning KPIs to improve and/or maintain business objectives
- PRIORITIZATION: Partner with the NYC Production Planning team members on
- Buy Ready
- Quality issues
- Lead-times
- IMU Optimization
- INDUSTRY TRENDS: Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify opportunities to improve visibility & transparency within the supply chain
- SOURCING: explore new manufacturing partners to support the needs of the business and explore new countries of production. Support onboarding of new T1.

EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Expertise in product life-cycle activities and development timelines within a fashion environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail and follow-up with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to effectively influence decision-making (internally & externally)
