Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
* Set up pricing for all the account before sending order to customers
* Ensuring all accounts orders are return on time for EMEA to upload the order, different division and categories works on different deadline
* Price check on sales order for all region before release of stocks
* Ensure that allocation creates sales order, advise the release of stocks account on weekly basis
* Communicate with internal and external parties on all production and shipping issues
* Preparing credit note for all account (Buyback, defective items, uniform etc)
* Support and Conduct product training at season kick off for key accounts
* Merchandise support for PR opportunities, marketing events, exclusive needs
* Liaise with partners to identify sales opportunities and maximize all growth potential
* Prepare monthly sales report and analysis, monthly calls with partners to review the business
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Requirements:
* 3+ years of relevant, retail merchandise buying experience
* Solid understanding of APAC and global market & trends
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong analytical skills - Must be able to work with raw data and identify sales trends & commercial opportunities
* Strong English communication skills - Must be able to clearly and confidently communicate both vertically and laterally across the organization with colleagues at different levels and of different cultures
* Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and stay calm & organized in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
* Ability to operate independently as well as in partnership with a wide variety of colleagues across different departments
* Positive attitude - Curious, willing to develop, solution-oriented, adaptable, and driven, even when faced with challenges
