We are on the lookout for an incredible Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead to join our team at ON. As the IAM Lead, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and secure user experiences, using Okta, an exciting identity and access management solution. Your Mission

- Be the champion of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy, leading the charge in designing, implementing, and maintaining our secure systems.
- Dive into the world of Okta, an industry-leading IAM technology, and become our in-house expert, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement innovative controls, standards, and best practices, empowering our users with the right access while keeping their information secure.
- Take the reins in provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts, access privileges, and role-based permissions across various systems and applications.
- Bridge the gap between our IT department and business units, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of IAM requirements and processes.
- Empower our users with training and guidance, making them IAM superstars who can navigate our policies, procedures, and self-service capabilities with ease.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages knowledge sharing, teamwork, and plenty of high-fives!

Your Story

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. We love certifications, so if you have any (e.g. Okta certifications), we'll be cheering!
- You've got the skills! Show us your proven experience (X+ years) as an IAM Lead or similar role, where you've rocked the implementation and management of IAM solutions, especially Okta
- Get ready to impress us with your solid understanding of identity and access management principles, best practices, and industry standards.
- You've got the Okta know-how! Dive deep into the world of Okta, including user lifecycle management, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and API integrations.
- Experience with other IAM tools and technologies like Active Directory, Azure AD, or Ping Identity will make you a star player on our team!
- Your communication and interpersonal skills are off the charts! You're a natural collaborator and can effectively connect with individuals at all levels of the organization
- We need someone flexible and adaptable, ready to thrive in our fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
