We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant for our point of sales at our ICICLE Store located in the 8th district of Paris, near Champs-Elysées.
Under the responsibility of the Store Manager, your main missions would be (non-exhaustive list) :
1. Customer Relations:
Responsible of the presentation of the brand universe and its collections.
Personalized reception and customer support.
Participation in the development and achievement of objectives.
Customer recruitment and retention.
Development and management of customer files and customer relations.
Strengthen the customer experience and create training tools for advice/product/brand.
Organization of events with customers at the store.
Responsible of the store and implantation of the collections.
Reports and analyses of business performance, targets and indicators.
Management and optimization of the clothes/accessories and their storage.
Cash handling and support to the sales administration.
Management of operations related to the activity (telephone reception, bank, dry cleaning).
- Fluency in French and English is essential. A third language would be an advantage, particularly Arabic.
- Ability to work on customer relations and sales development.
- Ability to adapt and international culture.
- Excellent presentation, service orientation and good interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy, a taste for challenge, rigour and flexibility are your strengths.
