We are looking for aSenior Expert HR Insights & Impact to further shape our Global Top Employer Strategy!

What you can expect:

• Develop a Global Top Employer strategy with clearly defined target picture, supporting measures and success definitions in close alignment with the VP and SVP
• Create a storyline to articulate the GTE strategy to different stakeholder groups internally and externally
• Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods (analytical thought process)
• Ask business questions and answer them with data
• Investigate and bring-in external benchmarks and best-practices and apply them for our context

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree or Advanced graduate degree (e.g. MBA)
  
• Min. 7years of working exprience in an analytical HR role, management consulting experience is an advantage
  
• Good understanding of HR processes and standards
  
• Strong analytical mindset
  
• Excellent collaboration skills across multiple stakeholder groups for continuous exchange and tracking on various topics
  
• Clear and effective communication both verbal and written in English and German
  
• Comfort with ambiguous and changing situations
