JOB PURPOSE

You will support the Digital Trading Performance and Reporting Manager and Analyst in the trading and site optimisation of Burberry.com and provide reporting and insights to the wider team to help drive decision making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate digital and omni-channel reporting for merchandising, trading and customer analytics insights
• Support analysis on digital performance to understand customer's needs across different markets & suggest opportunities for growth
• Use available tools to analyse customer behaviour on Burberry.com and suggest opportunities to drive conversion
• Understand online user experience including navigation and shopping journey, whilst supporting localisation
• Analyse trade patterns in detail and suggest actions to drive conversion
• Support team with adhoc reporting.
