myGemma is on the lookout for Livestream Shopping Hosts to join our New York team.

About the role:

If you love luxury goods and shopping, feel comfortable in front of a camera and like to talk…then this position could be for you!

We are looking for people to host livestream shopping events on Tiktok, Instagram and on myGemma.com. 

Get daily face-time with thousands of shopping obsessed consumers, help create content for social media and get access to thousands of pre-owned and new in box handbags, accessories, branded jewelry and watches. 

myGemma sells pre-owned and new products from Cartier, Rolex, Tiffany, Hermes, Chanel, VC&A and dozens more leading brands withion luxury.

You will be working within the sales team and also with the social media team to help promote your lives.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Social Media Manager, as well as other colleagues, but will primarily be working independently to create the product selection, help produce engaging content and sell!

About this position:

• Title: Livestream Shopping Host Location: Midtown Manhattan Compensation: Commission only role during 30-90 day trial period.  Thereafter, a suitable compensation package will be agreed based on experience and performance

Our Livestream Shopping Hosts must:

• Have at least 2 years of experience within a relevant space, such as luxury goods retail, shopping TV, other livestream experience, etc.
• Be passionate about luxury fashion and have a good understanding of the resale industry
• Be proactive and creative
• Be able to work independently but also take on feedback Use initiative and be a great communicator
