Position Overview

As a Retail Specialist & VIP Personal Shopper at Orseund Iris, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales by providing personalized, one-on-one shopping experiences for our VIP customers. 

Your role involves coordinating appointments, meeting and greeting customers, understanding their preferences, and assisting them in selecting the perfect fashion pieces from our curated collection of styles. Your mission is to create memorable, seamless, and tailored shopping moments that exceed our VIP customers' expectations.

Responsibilities

Manage appointment scheduling for VIP customers, ensuring efficient time management and personalized attention.

Provide exceptional customer service and establish strong relationships with VIP clientele to understand their preferences, styles, and fashion needs.

Greet customers warmly upon arrival at the studio, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.

Conduct in-depth consultations with VIP customers to determine their fashion preferences, occasions, and styling goals.

Utilize your fashion expertise to curate personalized selections from our ecommerce collection that align with customers' preferences.

Offer expert advice on fashion trends, styles, and outfit coordination to enhance customers' shopping experiences.

Assist customers in trying on selected pieces, providing honest feedback, and suggesting complementary items.

Process transactions and manage customer purchases with accuracy and efficiency.

Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, brand updates, and product knowledge to provide relevant insights to customers.

Collaborate with the OI team to promote exclusive VIP events, launches, and special offers.

Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring all products are appropriately displayed and merchandised.

Collect and provide customer feedback to enhance the overall shopping experience and improve our offerings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in luxury retail, personal shopping, or a similar customer-facing role.

Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends, styles, and brand aesthetics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse range of VIP customers.

Strong organizational skills to manage appointment scheduling and customer interactions efficiently.

Ability to provide personalized styling advice and create unique fashion combinations.

Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and technology for transactions and inventory management.

Exceptional customer service mindset, with the ability to anticipate customers' needs and exceed their expectations.

High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a polished appearance.

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer demands.

A positive and team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to contribute to the success of the studio.
