Support à la direction des ressources humaines dans la gestion administrative du personnel retail et siège

Job responsibilities and activities

Administration du personnel :

  • Suivi de l'ADP (dossiers administratifs, contrats de travail/DPAE, conventions de stage, avenants etc).
  • Suivi des périodes d'essais et des CDD
  • Gestion de la médecine de travail et de la mutuelle
  • Mise à jour du SIRH
  • Gestion des intérimaires et campagnes de ventes
  • Veille juridique social (individuelle et collective)


Paie : Gestion la paie en autonomie

  • Récolte et traitement des éléments variables de la paie
  • Saisie et maitrise du SI
  • Corrections et finalisations
  • Gestion des STC


Développement RH :

  • Mise en place des projets RH
  • Suivi des différents process (salary review, performance management, etc.)
  • Recrutement (screening, gestion des job boards, entretiens téléphonique et physique)


Skills and experience

  • Intérêt pour le secteur de la mode / luxe dans un groupe international
  • Polyvalent, proactif, force de proposition
  • Bac+3 ou plus spécialité RH / Management
  • Expérience en gestion de paie semie externalisé est requise
  • Connaissance de Success Factor et d'ADP appréciée
