Visual Merchandising Specialist based in London. As a company ambassador the Brand Image Coordinator ensures the implementation of our seasonal guidelines and execution of rigs and interior/window displays in our own operated Retail stores in Londonas well as WHL Flagships in the Southern UK Regionwith the goal to enhance brand aesthetic and to create a memorable customer shopping experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
In-Store visual presentation · Liaise with Communication Team and In-Store Management regarding all product seasonal presentation initiatives · Create and develop seasonal floorplans · Manage and implement seasonal change-over (visual strategies) · Ensure all product presentation guidelines are implemented and maintained · Manage the presentation of POS material · Planning and implementation of new corner openings · Drive sales through invigorating in-store visual merchandising presentations Training · Organize, prepare and conduct seasonal training seminars for in-store staff · Cascade seasonal and quarterly product flow directives as well as changes to teams · Constantly train all Ralph Lauren sales staff and management on new directives · Developing in-store training material · Ensure that the staff is utilizing Retail Web and Corporate directives when applicable Reporting & Communication · Regular analysis and report on sales volume compared to stock levels · Feedback call outs and store needs to Regional corporate management · Communicate Visual and sales Results by creating weekly visit Report
