Position Overview
To support the rapid growth of the Wholesale Digital & E-Commerce channel, this position will focus on strategic business development projects & analysis (sell-out and sell-in analysis, business development assessments category expansion opportunities & data tests across total EMEA & LATAM), as well as on accelerating our brand health & elevation efforts ensuring best in class online presence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support on business analysis and business cases across EMEA & LATAM
* Weekly & Monthly Sell-out reporting for digital channel
* Digital Operations support
* On-site merchandising analysis
* Competitors & Pricing analysis
* Administrative tasks Enhance and support on Wholesale E-Commerce Analysis and Reporting
* Gather and elaborate regional retail sales performances figures
* Act as a controller to validate accuracy and problem solve issues when relevant
* Generate meaningful business insights and calls to action based on regional performances
* Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and fiscal year reports on sell in, sell out and sell through
* Perform Ad-Hoc research on research/analytics tools to support the team in understanding the fashion E-commerce market evolution
* Cross-regional pricing analysis
* Support on PowerPoint presentations for Management meetings
* Research publicly available financial information of main E-commerce key players to calculate market share Brand Elevation & Digital Operations
* Support department on digital operations and related ad-hoc projects
* Act as Digital operations coordinator: delivering product assets and content to wholesale EMEA partners.
* Analyze Digital Content performance, identify process and/or PDP best-practices and share with internal stakeholders
* Support team with on-site merchandising analyses Provide Administrative Support to Wholesale Digital E-Commerce Team
* Act as Digital Ambassador: gather industry news and reports, ensure knowledge sharing across business
* Support financial controller & analyst for department spending
* Maintain tracker of approved and rejected E-Commerce accounts

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
* Relevant first experience/Internship in an analytical role or related with a proven track record of success, ideally internship(s) in fashion or luxury industry
* Analytical mindset, proven ability to manage and navigate complex data
* Ability to think proactively, creatively problem solve, and escalate issues when needed
* High degree of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task and work with tight deadlines and under pressure
* Willingness to learn and to constantly improve
* Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Enthusiasm, positivity and team spirit
* Advanced Excel skill is a must
* Fully proficient in working in English, any other language is an asset Available for 6 months, starting ideally in November 2023 (or upon agreement) University internship agreement is mandatory
