The Post Production Coordinator oversees projects from initiation to final delivery, with a specific focuson retouching and traffic management, and a commitment to quality control. This role will coordinateschedules and be responsible for final delivery of photo and print assets, including advertising, out-ofhome,direct mail, and internal collateral.

Other Key Relationships: Creative, Studio, Project Management, Visual Merchandising,Marketing, Sample Library MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and monitor post timelines for all assigned projects to consistently deliver the highestquality work on schedule.
• Partner with project management and shoot production teams to align on scope of work, budgets,and timelines before commencement of each project.
• Route and monitor a high volume of artwork and layout assets through Workfront and ensure allmilestones are on track across departments; this includes creative, copy, studio, and projectmanagement teams.
• Maintain and distribute daily status reports for all live projects.
• Book external retouchers/post-houses based on scope of work and creative direction per project.
• Responsible for managing timely communication with external partners, from art release, to creativeapprovals, to final asset delivery.
• Coordinate retouching and color reviews with creative team and senior production; this includes inpersonand remote sessions.
• Ensure specs for final artwork are correct (color space, file size, etc) ahead of final distribution.
• Organize all final assets in accordance with archival process.
• Track budgets and communicate any potential scope changes as the project progresses.
• Process invoices and POs in a timely fashion. CRITERIA/PROFILE
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-3 years of production experience preferred
• An eye for retouching/color and an understanding of print production specs
• Strong interest in photography's retouching and color process
• Familiarity with project management software, e.g. Workfront preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
• Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment; must be able to multi-task under tightdeadlines and have a strong sense of urgency
• Proficiency in Photoshop (retouching and color) beneficial Our Competencies for All Employees
