YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As the Manager of Ecommerce for Zegna, you will be responsible for the day to day management of zegna.com for North America. You will be responsible for driving sales as well as ensuring our local needs are captured and reflected for the direct digital business.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As the Manager of Ecommerce for Zegna, you will be responsible for the day to day management of zegna.com for North America. You will be responsible for driving sales as well as ensuring our local needs are captured and reflected for the direct digital business.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Day to day management of zegna.com
- Responsible for site merchandising on category pages - determine products to push and execute changes on site. Partner with HQ on new in and editorial pages
- Monitor products that are live on site and ensure all skus are active upon arrival
- Review and maintain master buy file with confirmation of copy and imagery. Partner with HQ on missing information
- Review homepage flip calendar and provide feedback to HQ
- Manage change request for product descriptions and website copy
- Maintain US development roadmap and provide requirements and requests to HQ
- Shipment SLAs - partner with warehouse team on monitoring inbound orders and outbound orders
- Run Klarna commission report and send to HR for approval
- Work with store operations on store locator and ensure new openings or address changes are reflected throughout the website
- Monitor cancellations, short shipments and provide feedback to stores on accuracy of inventory
- Manage M2 & M3 priorities and changes
- Act as point of contact for stores regarding all M2 and M3 issues and inquiries
- Manage all E-store technologies i.e. Klarna , waitwhile, ecocart etc
- Provide reporting, insight and analysis for planning and forecasting
- Review other competitors' direct business websites and present analysis on best practices
- Stay up to date on new technology trends and present recommendations on how we can improve the direct business
- 80-90k
- 3-4 years of Ecommerce experience.
- Must be independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and organized, along with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel
