Your Opportunity

We are looking for a "Digital Application Manager" based in Milan reporting to the Digital Technology Director . The scope of the new role is to lead the solution design, delivery and operations of CVM and Retail applications, with particular focus on group clienteling applications.

How you will contribute

• Design and lead the implementation of the new clienteling solution according to the overall digital vision and target architecture;
• Gather Business requirements that are necessary for the development or configuration of application software projects, from the requirement analysis to the delivery and post-delivery support;
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure that systems and programs are tested and debugged;
• Responsible for the technical analysis and holistic solution design of future capabilities and features, including external dependencies, cross-domain APIs, and technical enablers / stories;
• Analyze, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies;
• Define technical stories to enable business capabilities, fostering re-use of existing components, and accept technical features following demos;
• Provide Technical guidance to software engineers to ensure alignment;
• Ensure compliance to technology guidelines (e.g. tech security);
• Monitor and collects data on system performance;
• Assist and trains customers.
  

Who you are

• 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Cloud Solution Architect or similar role;

• Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Flutter, Kubernetes. Azure ecosystem is a plus, especially in Dynamics products or in LLM domain;
• Extensive exposure to multiple, different technologies and processing environments;
• Experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD, and BDD;
• Solution architecture and design;
• Feasibility analysis;
• Business capability / customer journey architecture governance in agile software delivery;
• Technical enablers, integration APIs and detailed technical and operational story design;
• A respected leader, with the ability to influence, mentor, and persuade peers across the organization;
• Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with high-levels of creativity;
• Excellent relationship building, teamwork, and collaboration skills that enables the provision of effective support and guidance across multiple DevOps teams;
• Soft Skills: Organizationally savvy, with a good understanding of the political climate and how to navigate, influence and persuade political waters;

Key Experiences

• Previous experience in technical roles related to software development is highly preferred;
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fast paced environments like multinational or consulting companies;
• Luxury and Fashion background is appreciated.

Education & Languages

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or others related field;
• Fluent in English.
