Job Details

Mission:

Based in our offices in paris, and in close collaboration with the Digital and Social Media Manager, the Digital and Social Media Coordinator contributes to the execution of the brand’s social media strategy that inform, promote, and attract the market’s audience. They handle ICICLE’s social media account, from planning and coordination of editorial contents, monitoring and interacting with the community as well as competitive researchs on industry trends and popular culture. 

The role requires skills in graphic design and copywriting (FR and EN).

Social Channels include but not limited to:  Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Scheduling and Coordination: in accordance with the organic digital communication plan, schedule social media posts and monitor relevant news and content.
  • Community Management: reply and moderate comments and private messages across all channels, transmitting audience queries to relevant departments. Share relevant social listening results to optimise campaigns.
  • Copywriting and Proofreading EN/FR: including but not limited to campaign contents, press releases, newsletters social posts, ads and SEO titles/descriptions.
  • Social Ad Planning: Create and manage lead generation ads across different platforms.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track key metrics from campaigns such as audience engagement, impressions, reach, referrals, and conversions. Delivering feedback in smart reports that aim to optimize subsequent campaigns.
  • Competitive Research: Maintain awareness of latest social media platform developments and prepare relevant benchmarking reports.
  • Internal Communication: Share Digital Communication Plans internally and facilitate ease of transmission to Chinese and Japanese markets. Content Creation: where necessary, assist in content creation alongside Manager. 

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years with a preference for a luxury goods background.
  • Experience in using social media management software solutions.
  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop and other editing tools.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (EN/FR).
  • Solid editing and presentation skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
