Your opportunity

Location: Lomazzo (CO) or Stabio (Ticino)

The SAP Finance Project Manager, member of the SAP Finance application development team, will focus his/her responsibilities on the analysis, creation and implementation of new evolutionary functions of the system, acting as an intermediary between the Business and the technical team, including service providers external. S/he will contribute to supporting the project team in the analysis, design and implementation phases of the various project initiatives with a focus on warehouse enhancement issues (Material Ledger). S/he will manage the customizing of SAP FI, CO, IHC, TRM, MM, PS, RE-FX, ML modules based on specific business processes and local requirements, guiding the integration of new processes with existing IT architectures and identifying solutions comply with the company standard. S/he will be an active participant in guiding internal clients in change management processes, as Process Analyst, Business Case Analyst, Change Analyst, Communication Analyst, Training Analyst.

How Will You Contribute

As SAP Finance Project Manager you oversee:

• Technical support on SAP functional applications and resolution of related issues
• Implementation of SAP system evolutions and/or coordination of supplier activities in the development and evolutionary maintenance phases of application solutions
• Drafting of the technical specifications necessary for the evolution and maintenance of the SAP system
• Definition of the technical requirements of the system and management of the interfaces between SAP and legacy systems
• Support to users in the testing and training phases for the start-up and use of new features and new applications
• Management of relationships with internal customers

Who You Are

You are a professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. You have:

• Knowledge of the SAP FI CO and SAP MM, PS, TREASURY systems;
• Mandatory knowledge of the Material Ledger and warehouse valorization issues;
• Solid Project Management skills;
• Exposure to ABAP language as preference;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Good communication skills;
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Proactivity and ability to propose new solutions;
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
