About the role

As our Partnerships Manager, you will develop the key and strategic relationships with local and national partners and supports the Senior Partnerships Manager with international partners and the development of the MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions) programme, to promote the Village and attract cosmopolitan, savvy and sophisticated guests.

Key responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.

• Promote the Village to consolidate Brand awareness and positioning

• Build, maintain and develop strong relationships with both local and national partners, including Destination Marketing Organisations, tour operators, travel agents, hotel groups, concierge associations, local attractions, and spas, etc.

• Develop new partnerships with the expat communities, international schools, International cultural Associations, Embassies and consulates

• Develop relationships with 4/5* hotels to build shopping packages, working with the hotel to encourage their guests to discover, shop and recommend all Chic Outlet Shopping villages

• Develop local partnerships with corporate bodies including credit card companies, banks, high net worth businesses and closed user groups to increase the usage of all transport solutions and purchase of packages and gift cards

• Take ownership of the Tourism CRM programme and management of Salesforce

• Build a MICE strategy to promote the Village as a recognisable venue for Incentives and as a viable add on for Meetings, exhibitions and Meetings

• Work closely with the Village Marketing Team and Chic Outlet Shopping Team to develop

o The village and Group initiatives and Marketing campaigns

o Partnership opportunities targeted at international airports, railways stations, hotels

o Tailoed packages for sale through third parties and via the online booking portal

o Promotion of sales of Shopping Express tickets, Executive Transfer and Carey chauffeur hire

o The distribution of all Tourism Marketing materials and seed campaign videos with partners

• Attend tourism Marketing events, trade shows, seminars as required

• Support the Village Digital Team to maximise online and social media opportunities for tourism

About You

We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:

• Proven experience in a sales position within the tourism industry and MICE industry, broad European/international experience would be advantageous

• Experience in the tourism, hospitality or premium or luxury brand segments

• Computer literate with high proficiency of Microsoft Office and Salesforce of other similar customer database

• Sound knowledge of the travel, fashion and retail industry

• Good knowledge of regional and national tourism activities and resorts

• Experience with targeting inbound and outbound Tour Operators

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent organization and planning skills with an eye for details

• A process orientated and solution driven person

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to both work as a team and work independently with minimal supervision

• Possess an international mind-set and an open mind

• Willingness to travel abroad

• Fluent in English and local Village language, any other European language would be beneficial
