Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
* Work with payroll vendors and business partners to process monthly payroll (China/Hong Kong) and tax filing
* Handle pension administration, payroll audit and assist in other administrative activities as required
* Prepare final payment computation and ensure timely payment
* Handle and follow up EC cases with insurance broker
* Participate in HR project implementation
* Review current payroll system setting and configurations
* Assist in the preparation and compilation of timely and accurate monthly payroll reports and other reports as required
* Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma holder in Human Resources or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years of payroll experience in China and Hong Kong
* Able to work in dynamic, fast paced environment, preferably in the retail industry
* Good knowledge in labor legislation and local employment practices
* Good interpersonal skills and able to relate with all levels of people
* Well-organized, responsible, efficient, with strong analytical skills
* Detail-minded, adaptive to changes and a good team player
* Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
* Proficiency in Microsoft office application software
