Position Overview
Ralph Lauren is seeking an experienced Director level analytics professional to lead our Global Logistics Business Analytics team. In this role, the qualified candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing the Analytics technology roadmap for Global Logistics in regions North America, EMEA and APAC. The Lead, Global Logistics Analytics (Director) is a trusted business partner and solution provider that brings a deep understanding of supply chain, distribution, and transportation balanced with experience developing and managing a modern analytics stack. This position requires vision, a balance of operational and technical depth, along with excellent communication and relationship skills. The position plays a critical role in the logistics transformation journey for continued development of a scalable and resilient global distribution network in support of business growth. The functional scope of this business functional role spans technology ownership from ex-factory through Distribution and arrival to customer/consumer. The technical scope of this role includes product ownership, support, analysis, development, and testing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Owns the Global Logistics technology product roadmap aligning with leadership to prioritize new capabilities that meet key business objectives and operational needs. Responsible for setting and managing to Logistics Analytics capital and expense budgets working closely with Logistics Finance and IT partners. Directs teams responsible for the change management lifecycle and first level business solution support. Provides subject matter expertise throughout the change management lifecycle for the delivery of new technology capabilities delivering on time, cost and with quality. Develops and manages relationships with external solution providers from SOW through delivery. Maintains a deep understanding of capabilities to capitalize on value creation, staying current on industry best practices to inform the roadmap. Develops and maintains a comprehensive knowledge of Ralph Lauren's consumer, wholesale, and retail businesses nuanced regionally. Manages teams responsible for ensuring best in class support for 24x7, multi-site, multi-channel business operations as well as integrations with upstream and downstream systems & partners. Ensures business partner teams have the proper technology training and standard operation procedure documentation to effectively execute operationally with focus on reducing to eliminating support contact requests. Proactively builds & maintains internal and external networks to absorb and apply professional best practices in supply chain transformation, and effectively contribute to achieving results. Champions talent acquisition, engagement and retention, including professional consultant resources when needed, to deliver on the global logistics transformation strategies & initiatives.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Four-year degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent work experience within the consumer goods industry. Authentic leader with demonstrated ability to build teams, collaborate and influence at all levels within the organization with a continuous focus on value creation. Bring passion, drive, fiscal discipline, and continuous improvement focus to this position leading by example to drive positive outcomes. 5-7 years of product ownership and delivery management experience with a tier-1 Analytics provider. Cloud engineering skills with Azure, AWS, or GCP, including setting up and maintaining cloud native platforms and solutions. Demonstrated understanding of data engineering solutions used in commercial, distribution, and transportation domains to include ERP (SAP) and WMS (PKMS) data architectures. Skilled in formulating architecture strategies and roadmaps, planning technology implementation, and communicating effectively. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills are crucial. Familiarity with regulations (SoX, FTZ & GDPR). Prior Qliksense experience a plus. Project Management Certifications (PMP, CSM, DASM, or PMI-ACP) are a plus. Lean & Agile mindset are a plus.
