Position Overview
Accountable for all aspects of the Source to Pay technology solution support, enhancements, future implementations at Ralph Lauren with primary focus on Ariba, Aravo & Source to Pay related technologies including integration with other applications. Work as a Subject Matter Expert with the user community, other business process lead, SAP development team and other team members on IT projects. Research, analyze, design, identify and facilitate process improvements that focus on providing standard SAP/Ariba functionality to meet business requirements wherever possible. Define and implement best business practices, adhering to the business standards for the Ariba functional processes. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, test scripts, and other system documentation while adhering to company standards. Identify costs, benefits, risks, and alternatives in proposed system designs and their impact on the integration with other systems and SAP modules. Troubleshoots application problems and proposes optimal solutions. Provide on-call support and evening and weekend work as required in a 24/7 high availability environment. Act as direct liaison with procurement, AP, Finance and ERP team to ensure system requirements. Manage Service provider deliverables. Telecommuting permitted, must report into office as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
LOCATION: Ralph Lauren Corporation, 100 Metro Boulevard, Nutley, NJ 07110. SALARY: $147,285-$205,000/yr REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of experience in the position offered or related, including 8 years of experience: administering, monitoring and maintaining Procurement to pay Ariba Application; designing, developing, testing and enhancing procure to pay solutions involving SAP Ariba, SAP ECC, Java, J2EE, SQL, and Oracle; formalizing and documenting the procurement process requirements using JIRA, ServiceNow, DocSign, and Remedy; ensuring compliance of process with SOX requirements; SAP Procure to pay processes; supporting the implementation, management, and improvement of the end to end P2P operating models on the SAP Ariba platform while facilitating seamless cross process integration; troubleshooting Procure to Pay solutions including ABAP and Java applications; programming in Java, J2EE, Java Script, APIs, AWL, XML, AML, SQL, AQL, Weblogic, JDBC, and HTML; supporting monitoring process compliance and process performance through well-defined metrics and appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs); implementation involving Ariba on Demand (Cloud-based), Ariba on Premise with global rollouts; and receiving, maintaining business rules, exception workflows, catalog, reporting & dashboard configuration and troubleshooting related issues. Must have 6 years of experience with Ariba end to end implementations with SAP ECC integration; Invoice Management, SAP Business network, Free eInvoicing/enablement, Invoice Archival Solution, Spend Visibility & Contract Management; and experience in SAP Ariba open ICS or OCR reader tool.
