Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Global Marketing Effectiveness Measurement & Reporting framework. Monthly & Quarterly business reviews of marketing effectiveness, variance against efficiency targets, return on investment goals & brand strategy
  • Develop and oversee Global Marketing Analytics testing playbook.
    • Testing Strategy: Develop and lead the strategic testing roadmap for both paid and owned marketing channels, aligning with overall marketing goals and objectives.
    • Experiment Design: Design A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to measure the impact of marketing initiatives on key performance metrics.
    • Data Analysis: Analyze test results and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. Provide clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate testing into the decision-making process.
  • Tool and Technology Utilization: Leverage marketing analytics tools, testing platforms, and data visualization tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of testing methodologies, results, and best practices for future reference.

The accomplished individual will possess:
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, A/B testing, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as R, Python, Tableau, or similar.
  • Mastery of the following analytical tools: modeling and reporting in Excel/Access and SQL
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email, and SEO.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, Adobe Target).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy
