Your Mission

-Report to the Social Compliance Manager, assist in executing and managing the Social Compliance Program at On.

-Manage supplier audit scheduling, engageand work with suppliers on remediating workplace issues through corrective action plans.

-Involve in capacity building program internally and externally.

-Analyze and consolidate supply chain data for reporting and disclosure.

-Collaborate with internal partners on driving excellent performance in social compliance.

Your Story

-Passionate in social compliance and creating positive impacts in supply chain.

-You should have 5-7 years of relevant experience in social compliance audit and remediation.

-Preferably experienced or certified auditor for relevant management systems (ISO45001; SA8000; ISO14001) and social compliance program (e.g., SLCP, BSCI, SEDEX-SMETA, Better Work, WRAP). APSCA auditor is a plus.

-Good knowledge about the footwear/apparel industry (factory operation) and relevant sustainability requirements.

-Strong knowhow in potential social compliance issues in labor/human resource and/or health & safety and sustainable corrective action plan.

-Knowhow in project development and execution.

-Proficiency in English is a must.

-Willingness to travel within Asia and to supplier locations.

The ESG team (Sustainability) are responsible for responsible manufacturing program including auditing and working with suppliers on remediation, visiting suppliers and providing capacity building to promote excellent performance in our supply chain.
