What you can expect:

• Consulting customers and fitting garments to determine required alterations
• Executing all alterations and repairs to a high standard
• Demonstrating a customer centricmindsetwhen consulting and fitting to ensure customer's expectations are surpassed at every opportunity
• Sharing your knowledge and expertise in tailoring with team members when required to ensure fittings are accurate
• Maintaining a high level of organisation and cleanliness within tailoring room
• Complying with company health and safety policies and procedures

Your profile:

• Experience in tailoring suiting is essential
• A strong technical background with specialty skills such as: leather, knits, double face, beading, fine tailoring, buttonholes etc. is desired
• Knowledge of alterations and fashion industry, including up to date styling and fits
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
• Ability to consult with customer to determine type of alteration required and fit/style desired, and to provide an accurate quote and expected date of completion to customer
• High organisational skills to maintain order of work flow and ability to work towards set time lines to meet customers needs
• Ability to work flexible working hours in line with peak and non-peak trade periods
