Position Overview
The Global Media Analyst will report directly into the Global Media Lead. As part of the new Global Media organization, we are seeking a passionate, and highly motivated individual to support our leadership media team on the Digital-first Media, brand elevation, and customer acquisition-first strategies functions. The Global Media Analyst will be responsible for supporting building the leading Global digital and social media vision, developing elevated social-first strategies and orchestrations, driving Global digital and social media partnerships, building robust first-party data build-up strategies, and driving digital media innovation, in close partnership with regional media and global CIX teams and with media agencies. In addition, the Global Media Analyst will be responsible for supporting international media coordination from global to regional: media landscape and competitive insights, budget, media plans, and performances, in close collaboration with all regions and media agencies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Build powerful and consistent digital and social media storytelling and content orchestrations
* Drive powerful synergies and collaboration between organic and paid media teams
* Monitor the ongoing Digital Media, data, and Ad Technology ecosystem evolution globally and regionally
* Assess data ecosystem changes' impact on Digital media planning and performances globally and regionally
* International media / digital media planning and budget coordination
* International media planning performances and studies reporting
* Competitive monitoring and analysis
* Media trends and landscape updates monitoring
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* Knowledge of the global media landscape
* Knowledge of international coordination and reporting
* Strong digital, social, and data-first mindset
* Strong analytical abilities
* Demonstrated critical thinking skills
* Understanding of branding goals, business financials, ROI & profitability
* Team player, capable to build close relationships with global and regional media teams
* Adapts easily to changing situations
