YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As a Recruiter for Zegna, you will play a key role within the HR team by leading and executing all recruitment needs for both corporate and retail teams.
Reporting directly to Director of HR, you will partner with corporate and retail leaders to execute strategic recruiting strategies to attract and hire top retail talent for the US teams. The also role provides fundamental support in executing the employee new hire process.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As a Recruiter for Zegna, you will play a key role within the HR team by leading and executing all recruitment needs for both corporate and retail teams.

The core responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Position Overview
- Drive all recruitment efforts and processes including definition of search strategies, external job postings, internal referrals, passive candidate sourcing, targeted research, etc.
- Provide strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talent.
- Manage recruitment database - track and manage responses to all applicant submissions
- Conduct all initial candidate screenings and interviews.
- Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures, i.e. time to fill, candidate retention, cost of hire, etc.
- Develop and update job descriptions
- Proactively partner with Human Resources Business Partner and hiring manager to understand unique talent needs on all staffing assignments.
- Build networks to source qualified candidates
- Conduct all initial candidate screenings and interviews.
- Identify and develop new and effective interviewing procedures/techniques
- Coordinate interview process with hiring manager and all individuals involved in the selection process.
- Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate identification.
- Continuously evaluate most effective sourcing techniques
- Ensure that the company attracts, hires, and retains the right candidates for the job
- Develop and maintain weekly reporting on recruitment activities
- Consult with HR & leadership teams on specific staffing strategies for volume hiring, hard-to-fill positions, background check standards and agency resources.
- Manage recruitment budget
- Promote the company and brand to all applicants
- Maintain current knowledge of and adhere to all state and federal legislation related to fair employment practices
- Minimum of 4-5 years of high volume, professional recruiting experience (Retail experience is preferred)
- Knowledge of related business issues, trends, and best practices as it relates to talent acquisition.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships.
- Strong customer-service orientation, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and desire to deliver end to end solutions.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry experience in retail, consumer products or service industry preferred (Retail, Luxury, or multi-brand).
- Experience providing HR support in a field location or through other HR Professionals.
- Prior high volume recruitment experience.
- Sense of urgency and drive for results
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Independent self-starter and team player - strong work ethic
- $97,000 - $105,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
