As the Marketing & PR Coordinator, you will support the VP of Marketing & PR on a variety of marketing initiatives including: fashion editorial support, influencer marketing, special events, branding, retail and wholesale store support, CRM and reporting.

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
  • Store support for Directly Operated Stores (DOS), Outlets, Concession Shops, and wholesale accounts.
  • Work closely with Mall Marketing to post seasonal campaigns on Mall Websites, Mall social media and Newsletters to Mall Database
  • CRM: Track, analyze and report on development and growth of customer data base, acquisition and retention using internal software.
  • Brief newsletter, print and calling campaigns and manage creative approvals.
  • Manage and maintain press collections, editorial requests and sample tracking.
  • Evaluate and track media value and consolidate monthly editorial and event clipping reports (Launchmetrics & Cision).
  • Create Briefs and reports including but not limited to: Quarterly Reports, Seasonal Campaign reports and Event Reports.
  • Assist in organizing and implementing the following: press events, store openings and major corporate events.
  • Responsible for ordering and managing Marketing materials.
  • Manage, track and code invoices for Finance.
  • Influencer Marketing: Curation, approval process, contracts, and reporting. Product seeding and gifting.
  • Develop relationships with key media, stylists, and industry insiders. Maintain media database.
  • Cross functional with all departments, Retail, VM, Wholesale, Distribution Centre, Merchandising & Ecomm
  • Principal relationships/key contacts are VP Marketing & PR, Managing Director, Visual Merchandising Team, VP of Retail, VP of Operations and Dir. Wholesale along with Regional Managers.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
  • 1-3 years Brand or Retail Marketing experience
  • Excellent communication skills, time management, organization skills, proactive, collaborative, team player
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to deliver responsibilities within required deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on Power Point.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite isrequired.
  • Familiar with DMR and Fashion GPS/Launchmetrics platforms
  • Visionary sense of fashion and awareness of current trends
  • French Language, written and oral is an asset
  • Travel: within Canada
